Computer Degraded

A degraded computer is not necessarily completely unavailable.

Noxgild tracks Machine, Browser, and Desktop worker health separately. One surface can remain usable while another needs attention.

Check the account

Open Computers and review the selected computer's current worker state and last-seen information.

Run Doctor

On the affected computer, run:

noxgild doctor

Use the report to identify whether the problem is connectivity, background runtime state, workspace access, Browser, or Desktop.

Avoid blind retries

If a consequential command has an UNKNOWN outcome, verify the real-world state before retrying it.

If the entire computer is offline, continue with Computer offline.
