AI Will Not Connect

Diagnose an AI client that cannot discover or use the Noxgild MCP connection.

Start with the client-specific guide under Integrations.

Check the endpoint

The production remote MCP endpoint is:

https://mcp.noxgild.com/mcp

Use the connection method documented for that client rather than inventing a different authorization path.

A successful authorization page is not the same as a working MCP connection.

Send the verification prompt from the client guide and confirm a protected Noxgild tool call succeeds.

Open app.noxgild.com and confirm the expected computer is authorized and online.

If the computer is missing or offline, fix the computer connection first. See Computer offline.

Cannot Sign In
