Cloud Browser Troubleshooting

Start with the authoritative session state.

A slow or stale viewer is not, by itself, proof that the browser backend is dead.

Session still starting

Wait on the same session instead of creating another one immediately.

Viewer problem

Confirm the session is active and check who currently controls it.

Protected sign-in step

Take human control for CAPTCHA, OTP/2FA, passkeys, and equivalent checks.

Uncertain side effect

Verify the page or backend state before repeating an action that may already have succeeded.

If the session is finished, close it so hosted resources can be released.
