1. The service
Noxgild provides a controlled connection between compatible AI clients and computers that an account holder has authorized. The service may provide machine, browser, and desktop automation capabilities, along with device management, command routing, approvals, audit records, and usage metering.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in methods and for activity performed through your account, except to the extent caused by Noxgild's own breach of these Terms or applicable law.
3. Authorized computers and access
You may connect only computers and accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to control. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Noxgild, including access to files, systems, websites, and third-party services, is lawful and permitted.
You must not use Noxgild to gain unauthorized access, deploy malware, evade security controls, violate third-party rights, interfere with services, or perform activity prohibited by applicable law.
4. Human verification and sensitive actions
Noxgild may require explicit approval for sensitive commands and may stop for human action when a website, operating system, or other service requires CAPTCHA, OTP/2FA, passkeys, secure desktop confirmation, or similar verification. You agree not to use Noxgild to circumvent such controls unlawfully.
5. Beta and platform availability
Noxgild may be offered as a beta or pre-release service. Features, limits, supported operating systems, integrations, and reliability may change. Current full local-runtime support is limited to the platforms identified on the Noxgild website or account area. Features labeled planned, beta, preview, or not yet certified are not guaranteed.
6. Usage limits and plans
The Free plan includes up to 10,000 Noxgild tool calls per 30-day usage cycle anchored to the account creation time. Pro is offered at $20 per month and includes high-volume normal tool usage subject to fair-use and abuse-prevention limits plus 40 Cloud Browser hours per 30-day account cycle. There is no trial or annual commitment at launch. Paid billing begins only when you affirmatively choose Pro through the upgrade flow. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Third-party services
Noxgild interoperates with third-party products and infrastructure, which may include AI clients, Google services, Vercel, npm, websites you direct Noxgild to use, and other software on your computer. Noxgild does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their independent availability, policies, content, or acts. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their terms.
8. Software and intellectual property
Noxgild software, branding, interfaces, and service technology are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may be owned by or licensed to the parties responsible for operating the service. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Noxgild for its intended purpose.
You may not misrepresent Noxgild as your own service, remove proprietary notices, or use the service to infringe intellectual-property rights. Rights in content, files, source code, and other material you lawfully provide or control remain with their respective owners.
9. Acceptable use and service protection
You may not intentionally overload, probe, reverse engineer for malicious purposes, disrupt, or abuse Noxgild infrastructure; resell access without authorization; create accounts or devices to evade limits; or use automated means to defeat rate limits, approvals, or security controls.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, third parties, or legal compliance, including for material violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, security threats, or nonpayment of an activated paid plan. You may stop using the service at any time and may use available account controls to revoke devices or delete your account.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noxgild is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free execution, compatibility with every computer or third-party service, or that every requested action will complete successfully. You should maintain appropriate backups and review consequential operations before approval.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noxgild and its operators, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of Noxgild. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid for Noxgild in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing, unless applicable law requires a greater amount.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Noxgild and its operators harmless from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of Noxgild, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
14. Changes to the service or Terms
We may change the service and update these Terms as Noxgild evolves. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date and, where appropriate, notice through the service or website. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection or other applicable law provides otherwise. Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
