1. Information we process
Account information. When you create or sign in to a Noxgild account, we may process your email address, account identifier, sign-in provider information, and session or security metadata needed to authenticate you.
Computer information. When you connect a computer, Noxgild processes a device identifier, device name, public cryptographic key, operating-system and architecture information, connection status, worker health, last-seen time, and configuration needed to operate the service. Private device keys are intended to remain on the connected computer.
Command and operational records. We process commands requested through Noxgild, capability names and arguments, execution state, timestamps, approvals, errors, audit events, and results needed to deliver, secure, debug, and account for the service.
Artifacts. Some actions may create screenshots, files, logs, or other artifacts. When Noxgild must relay or return an artifact, it may be stored temporarily in cloud object storage and made available through time-limited URLs.
Usage and billing information. We process tool-call counts, plan status, reset periods, subscription status, and related records needed to enforce plan limits and provide billing. Stripe processes payment details for paid subscriptions; Noxgild does not store full payment card numbers.
2. How we use information
- Authenticate accounts and connected computers.
- Route commands to the correct authorized computer and return results.
- Apply capability, approval, usage, and security controls.
- Maintain auditability, reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
- Provide support, respond to requests, and improve product quality.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. Local processing and connected computers
Noxgild is designed so substantial execution occurs on the computer you authorize. File operations, terminal processes, browser rendering, and desktop automation normally execute locally through the Noxgild runtime. Cloud services coordinate authentication, durable command state, wakeups and relay, usage, audits, and permitted artifact transfer.
Noxgild does not represent itself as a bypass for CAPTCHA, one-time passwords, passkeys, secure desktop prompts, or other human verification controls. Those may require direct action by the user.
4. Service providers and integrations
To operate the service, Noxgild may use infrastructure and integrations including Google Cloud services, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, npm, Google Identity services, and connected AI clients such as ChatGPT. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments as applicable to their role.
5. Connected AI clients
If you connect Noxgild to an AI client, that client may send requests and relevant context to Noxgild in order to perform actions you request. Information sent by the AI client is also subject to that client's privacy terms and settings. Noxgild receives the information transmitted through the connected integration.
6. Data retention
We retain account, computer, command, audit, usage, and artifact records only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, to maintain security and reliability, or to meet legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by record type and may evolve as the service moves from beta to general availability.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, including authenticated device identities, short-lived credentials, hashed secrets where appropriate, HTTPS/TLS transport, scoped capabilities, and explicit approval requirements for sensitive actions. No service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices
You can pause or revoke connected computers from the Noxgild account area. You can also sign out, request account deletion through available product controls, and contact us regarding privacy questions or account data.
9. Children's privacy
Noxgild is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the service.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product, providers, laws, or operating practices change. We will update the effective date on this page when material revisions are published.
